What we do

Small Group Classes

Working in a group of no more than 6 people, we’ll progress through ever-changing 8 to 10-week programs that build your skills and prepare you for a for mastering a certain skill-set or exercise.

Participants get individual attention in every session, and I tweak the program daily to any specific needs or goals you might have.

Private Classes

If you’d like 1-on-1 attention, this is the practice for you. We’ll work together to address your specific needs, craft a program to meet your goals, and push forward together toward excellence.


Our practice is based on the StrongFirst program. StrongFirst methods are scientifically and empirically based and have a proven record with professional athletes, elite military and law enforcement operators, as well as regular folks who have decided to be weak no more.


Met Jason in early 2017 and have felt better ever since. I look forward to his classes each and every week. His approach of challenging you in a safe and deliberate way, so you can grow and improve in all aspects, speaks to his great way of teaching. Ensuring you are doing each exercise properly and/or altering them to each person’s specific needs speaks to his deep knowledge. Asking you before class how your problem areas are and/or how you are feeling and then addressing any concerns speaks to his focus on the entire body. About Jason

I am originally from Hyde Park, Chicago and I attended Whitney Young H.S graduating with all-city and all-state honors. I played Division 1 Baseball at Miami (OH) and UIC. I continued playing and coaching baseball professionally overseas in Brunswick, Germany, as well as in Barcelona, competing in Spain’s National League and for the European Cup.

I began fitness training in Madison, WI in 2012.. My passion for professional growth and development lead me to CrossFit Farmland’s Elite School of Fitness. I was a full time coach and Boot Camp Director, earning my CrossFit Level 1 and 2 certifications. I am thrilled to be back in the Hyde Park community, and I can’t wait to work with you!
