At Blues City Strength & Conditioning we cultivate a movement relationship between each person and their practice. Movement is an essential aspect to our health and wellbeing. No matter who you are independent of any and all demographics and stage of life your body has certain essential movement and strain requirements in order to maintain or improve physical functionality. BCSC is dedicated to creating a time and place for folks to train providing the proper coaching and support. We intend to inspire each person to connect to movement and athleticism in their own way and to their own prudent degree based on individual goals. As the body remodels to meet demands and exposure to movement modalities over time the Practice itself evolves with you. MOVE. BREATHE. STRENGTHEN. ENJOY.
Small Group Classes
Working in a group of no more than 6 people, we’ll progress through ever-changing 8 to 10-week programs that build your skills and prepare you for a for mastering a certain skill-set or exercise.
Participants get individual attention in every session, and I tweak the program daily to any specific needs or goals you might have.
Private Classes
If you’d like 1-on-1 attention, this is the practice for you. We’ll work together to address your specific needs, craft a program to meet your goals, and push forward together toward excellence.
Foundations
Our practice is based on the StrongFirst program. StrongFirst methods are scientifically and empirically based and have a proven record with professional athletes, elite military and law enforcement operators, as well as regular folks who have decided to be weak no more.
